We do provide a beach caddy to haul your gear, beach chairs, various beach toys/boogie boards and, during certain seasons, complimentary professional set up of two beach chairs and umbrella. We also have beach towels for your use, we just ask that you wash/dry them before you leave.

You are encouraged to bring your own toiletries, though we provide a starter supply of bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We include 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent pods, dishwasher pods, and hand soap in all bathrooms.

From our front door, it is about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach via our private boardwalk that has no stairs. The house is equipped with a beach caddy to help you haul your gear.

Our kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need to cook and serve your family all their meals. We even have a slow cooker and a Keurig. For sanitary reasons, perishable food items are not included such as spices and condiments.

Reservation FAQs

Yes, we strongly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance which protects you from unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accidents, work schedule conflicts, and state of emergencies caused by extreme weather. Insurance should be purchased once you’ve reserved the property. You can purchase it on your own or it can be purchased during the booking process.

It depends on our booking and housekeeper’s schedule. Please inquire about the possibility of early arrival or late check out within the week prior to your arrival. If possible, we will try to accommodate your request, up to 2 extra hours. During peak season, these requests are usually not possible.

Your rental deposit is fully refundable, minus a $75 cancellation fee, up to 30 days prior to check in. Within 30 days of check-in, your reservation is nonrefundable. If we are able to rebook your dates, we will refund your payments, minus the $75 cancellation fee. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of unforeseeable events.

We gladly accept personal checks and credit card payments for the rental charges including the damage deposit (a hold will be placed on the credit card, similar to a hotel). Please note that rates listed include a 3% cash discount. Credit card rates will be slightly higher.

In order to secure your reservation, 50% of the total rent (including half of the $500 damage deposit) is due immediately. Your dates cannot be reserved until payment is received. The balance is due 30 prior to check in. Also, we require a copy of the primary renter’s government issued ID and a signed copy of our rental agreement, both due at booking.

Your total rent includes the actual nightly or weekly rate, plus cleaning fee and 11% Florida tax on the total. There are no administrative charges such as booking or management fees. Also, every reservation will include a $500 REFUNDABLE damage deposit.

While we love our animals, no pets are allowed at our beach vacation rental.
